In Default Options section you can manage sharing of appointments, contacts, notes, files and tasks.

Note: The privacy settings work only if you share your calendar, contacts, notes, files and tasks with other accounts. In this case you see the Private checkbox. |

Turn on the toggle to receive default reminders for new appointments. Every time you create a new appointment, the default reminder is set automatically. You can turn it off in the appointment window (double-click the appointment). |
