Default Options

In Default Options section you can manage sharing of appointments, contacts, notes, files and tasks.

If you shared your calendar, contacts, notes, files, tasks; you can manage your default privacy settings:

  • Select Public to allow all accounts to see the details of your events

  • Select Private, to hide the details of your events from other accounts.

Note: The privacy settings work only if you share your calendar, contacts, notes, files and tasks with other accounts. In this case you see the Private checkbox.

Reminder

In Reminder section you can manage reminders.

Apply default reminder to new appointments

Turn on the toggle to receive default reminders for new appointments. Every time you create a new appointment, the default reminder is set automatically. You can turn it off in the appointment window (double-click the appointment).

Remind me

Set the time in minutes if you want to receive a default reminder before the appointment.
